Brian Stringer has 25 years’ experience at Board level within a range of industries covering capital goods, FMCG, industrial products & services. An experienced yet adaptable leader with a proven track record in corporate, Plc and Private Equity businesses, driving growth and shareholder value. Covering a range of global businesses, including Survitec, Doncasters & Siemens, adept at large and small acquisitions, plus experience selling multi-million turnover companies in the PE arena. Last position was CEO of Survitec the circa £420m turnover global leader in survival solutions.

Cyril Stocker has 20 years experience at Board level within a range of industries including defence, aerospace, ship building, capital machinery, automotive, marine, as well as industrial products and services. A seasoned businessman with a wealth of operational and commercial experience, a skilled engineer and exceptional project executioner. Over 20 large and small acquisitions completed, integrated and synergies delivered over the last decade, there is no acquisition scenario not encountered and covered by the processes developed over his career.

Les is one of Northern Ireland’s most experienced Interim Managers with a 

successful  background spanning 

over a 30-year period.

In the past decade his manufacturing and service experience includes roles as Project Director in Aerospace & Defence and Marine industries, including the integration of group acquisitions, back filling roles in operations, technical development, site manager up to Managing Director level.

Les’s knowledge and experience is underpinned by working circa 10 years in Airframe manufacturing including advanced composite components and over 15 years for a tier 1 automotive safety products manufacturer, supplying the main Japanese Automotive OEMs. During this time, he held various roles in quality, production and project engineering, operations, applications engineering up to Managing Directors level.

Les’s attention to detail, effective communication skills and the ability to utilize or develop bespoke tools, help him to be both adaptable and versatile. Les feels his main strength is being able to motivate a team of varied individuals and bring them together to deliver a projects targets on time, in full and within budget.

   Gavin is an experienced Managing Director and excellent transformational style leader. Having worked in the manufacturing sector for over 28 years, serving a worldwide customer base within the Marine, Aerospace & Defence industries, he possesses a vast knowledge of operations, operational excellence, supply chain, servicing and distribution.

His results orientation combined with excellent communication and leadership skills provide a demonstrated ability to successfully manage company profit and loss accounts to consistently ensure business objectives are achieved, resulting in sustained profitability. 

A strategic thinker who has led a business through a major transformation program which achieved rapid significant growth and improved sustainable business performance through embedded lean processes and leadership team behaviours.
