We would set up a Project Management Office and ensure the detailed planning of all action streams was fully understood and documented. The Project team could be our people with your implant or visa-versa.

We would execute the plans, on time in full and within the cost parameters agreed, providing weekly feedback on any issues and progress. Ideally, the reporting back would be from your implant to ensure ownership at every stage but fully supported by our experienced professionals.

At the appropriate point, the Project Team will present a full update of the project and our team will officially hand over any remaining items to the business. The final presentation will include a situation analysis of the business streams, full financial update with run rates and in year position plus a summary of any lessons learned or things to consider for the future. Any further areas for improvement will be highlighted or risks to be considered for the business leadership.
