As well as having extensive experience within the industrial sector, he is a qualified medical GP, and provides valuable insight into the medical devices/medical products arena.
Paul McCabe has over 20 years experience at Board and Senior Leadership level within a range of industries including transportation and mobility, professional services, financial services, technology services, and mining and energy. A proven digital, technology and operations Leader with a track record of creating shareholder value through shaping, directing and delivering ambitious strategies implemented by rigorously delivered transformation programmes for private equity backed, mid-market businesses, as well as across corporate industries. Most recently Paul served on the Board for the Addison Lee Group, Europe’s largest consumer branded car services business, where he delivered and executed on a digital, technology, integration and transformation strategy to enable the business, which grew from revenues of £290m to £400m. Final responsibilities were to lead the approach to the company sale and exit of the private equity owner using innovation to raise the business profile and set a course for future business value.

Derek is one of Northern Ireland’s most experienced Interim Managers with a successful background spanning over a period of almost 20 years. He has completed some 30 specialist interim assignments (each ranging from 3 – 18 months) across a range of sectors including oil & gas, medical device, aerospace & defence, bespoke manufacturing and the service industry.
Starting his career by completing a mechanical engineering apprenticeship, Derek went on to hold a BA in Business Studies, an MSc in Business Improvement, along with an ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. As a believer in continuous study he has completed a range of courses including the Role of the Non Executive Director, the Role of the Company Chairman and Coaching for Directors with the Institute of Directors, London.
Derek has a proven ‘on the job’ coaching background, which enables him to identify with the challenges and opportunities that leaders face. Interim Management has provided action based, results driven and troubleshooting experience often in very time bound environments.
This experience has taught him to be adaptable and versatile, whilst being able to connect with people quickly and relate widely in pressurised settings.
Phil is a commercially minded Executive with over 30 years’ experience at the highest level, delivering projects, improving business performance and executing significant change programmes. He has the competence, experience, character and determination to influence senior executives in challenging and difficult assignments.
He is a straight forward, no nonsense but personable individual with experience in Consulting, Manufacturing & Logistics. Consulting Industry experience includes Defence, IT and Justice, with a proven record with clients in the most challenging of settings.
